We want to take this opportunity to thank you both for the diligent effort you put into selling our house on Harbor Lake Drive. We had no idea when news came in October about an opportunity in Atlanta that we would be putting our house on the market a couple weeks later. So, we found ourselves in need of a real estate agent who would get excited about listing a house over the holidays, and who would also welcome the opportunity to work with a relocation company with the understanding that a buyer HAD to be located within 60 days. That was a pretty tall order for us to expect someone to fill.
But, there you were, eager to take on the challenge! Although we had had every confidence in your abilities as real estate agents, we were reluctant to get our hopes up that our house would sell “under the circumstances.” But, you promised us you would work really hard on marketing the house, which you did. When we had to pack up and head to Georgia, you told us you would take care of our house, which you did. You stayed in touch with us about your progress along the way and assured us you would sell our house. And, you did!
